- Rifftrax Presents a live Riff of "Starship Troopers" at the Connecticut Post Movie Theater, 8 p.m., Milford
- It’s a Party! — Plumb Memorial Library, 6:30 p.m. The Adult Summer Reading Club at both Shelton libraries draws to an end for another year with refreshments, door prizes and gift certificates from local businesses. Special tastings from Dana Joy, maker of quiches and author of Dana’s Famous Quiche Cookbook. There is still time to enter – 1-2-3: read a book, write a quick survey form, drop it into the big tub and be entered in a drawing for prizes; sponsored by the Friends of the Shelton Libraries.
- Alter Ego, Plumb Memorial Library, 2 p.m. Teens 13–19 don disguises featuring face painting by local teen Samantha Lewis.
