Group Scrambles to Save Cats From Demo Site
The Huntington Herald reports that a group of cats will soon be run out of the demolition site they currently call home.

"A local animal advocate is looking to find homes for a group of cats who live in a dilapidated, garbage-strewn structure on Bridgeport Avenue that is on the way to getting demolished," the Huntington Herald reports.
The Herald reports that the property has been vacant since 2009, and since then dozens of stray cats have been living there. Now, with demolition at the site to begin soon, 10 adult cats are in need of real homes.
Irene McCoy of Shelton's Compassion For Cats said the group is "heartbroken about their future," according to the Herald, and they are asking animal lovers to consider fostering any of the cats.
