SHELTON, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.
Christine Sperandeo Ziniak was nominated by her mother Patricia Sperandeo.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
She is working everyday through this crisis providing tests for all patients including COVID-19 patients. She has 3 children, married, and her husband works in a nursing home. She homeschools and cares for her family after stressful days at work .

She has such compassion for all her patients and you never hear any complaints at all from her. She loves what she does.
