Kamron Richard DeMoura, 21, of Coolridge Road, Milford, is charged with second-degree assault.
Police said DeMoura hit another man during an argument, causing the man to bleed from his head.
DeMoura's bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
