Tony Barros Fernandes, 33, of Shelton Avenue, is charged with two counts each of third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.
Police said Fernandes broke into two homes, and took a generator, a ring and bicycle gear in September. One was the home of a relative, police said.
He allegedly pawned two of the items and sell the generator.
His bonds totaled $20,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
