Moped Driver Dies After Crash With Car In Shelton: Report

An ID of the man killed in the crash has been released by police, according to a report.

SHELTON, CT — Hans Shmigelsky, 40, of Shelton, who was riding a moped, was struck by a vehicle on Sept. 13 and died as a result of his injuries, Hearst Connecticut reported.

The crash occurred on Armstrong Road near a local shopping center. The crash is under investigation.
