Man Throwing Objects From Balcony Of Shelton Music Studio Charged With Burglary: Police
A man was arrested on burglary charges after he was found throwing objects from the balcony of a Shelton music studio, according to police.

SHELTON, CT — A Shelton man was recently arrested on burglary charges after he was found throwing objects from the balcony of a local music studio, according to police.
In a news release, police said officers received a report of a disturbance on Howe Avenue around 10 p.m. on Jan. 30.
When officers arrived, they found a man throwing objects from the second-floor balcony of Sage Sound Studios, according to police.

After further investigation, officers determined the man, identified as William Merwin, 38, of Shelton, had unlawfully entered a music studio on the second floor of the building and "caused significant damage to the property," according to police.
Merwin was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
