A Shelton man is accused of drug possession after an alleged overdose April 8.
Michael Stephen Capalbo, 26,of Far Mill Street, is charged with illegal possession and use of drug paraphernalia.
Police received a report of a possible overdose and found Capalbo with alleged heroin. He was arrested by warrant April 18.
