Why are you seeking this office?

Due to my extensive experience working for the school system and a desire to improve our town for our children, I feel a sense of obligation to try and make changes for our community.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:

Establishing trust within the town government. Through education and transparency I will strive to learn how to make the necessary changes and communicate with my constituents along the way. Amongst numerous other avenues, their input will serve as a source valuable information.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

Having worked for the school system for almost a decade, I obtained first hand knowledge of policies, procedures, budgets and more. I have cultivated long lasting relationships with a multitude of staff members and a majority of the students and parents know me and know I have the students’ best interests prioritized. In addition, my husband’s family has served as integral members of this community for generations.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

I plan to educate myself through conversation and engagement in regards to spending in order to participate in the challenging conversations that need to be had.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

“Quit taking it personal” Once you embrace and live life by that sentiment, it’s liberating

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
