Wonderful wife of 43yrs LIcia (Leesha ) who is also running for Alderwomen. Two Daughters Jenna and Dana. Jenna is married with a son and daughter and she is a State certified Social Worker. Dana is a speech pathologist working with birth to 3 yr. Old children. We are very proud of them.

Does anyone in your family work in politics or government?

No.

Why are you seeking this office?

To hold those accountable who represent our citizens and to hold the office with honesty and integrity.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:

High taxes and I intend to to be an advocate of resolving wasteful spending.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

To be honest I do not know the candidates who are opposing me but I do know that there has been many months with no meeting and that is not acceptable.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

Crime in our city and the funding of different departments in Derby.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

Well being a professional driver with over 4 million miles I know how to take on responsibilities to keep others safe, also I have taught a CDL for 2 yrs. on a volunteer basis helping others obtain a CDL license to enhance their earning potential.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Never give up on yourself, tomorrow is another day.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I would say that I am not a politician. I am a older man that has had a lifetime of experiences and always tried to use common sense in this thing called life.
