A preliminary investigation showed that the car had been traveling east on Center Street where it veered left and off the road, and crashed first through a utility pole, then a fence and then into the wall of the building, police said.

Speed appears to be a factor in the incident, police said.

This incident is currently under investigation by the Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit and the Metro Traffic Services Crash Reconstruction Team. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has additional information can contact Officer Ashley Skolnik at 860-645-5560.
