Police: Oak Avenue Pair Arrested on Marijuana, Drug Charges

Bobby Sean Dumas, 40, of Oak Avenue was arrested on Jan. 28 at 6:12 p.m. on the charge of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 12.
