Readers' Choice Winner: Hunan Pan

This week for our , we asked you to weigh in on your favorite place to get sushi in Shelton. It was a close race, but took first place with 40 percent of the total votes.

Nestled within Bridgeport Avenue, Hunan Pan is a fusion Japanese/Chinese restaurant that serves up delicious Asian entrees as well as sushi and sashimi. With their discounted lunch menu and take-out service, Hunan Pan has become a local gem over the years.

Here's what Hunan Pan customer and Shelton Patch reader Danny Benjamin had to say about the restaurant: "Not only counting Shelton, Hunan Pan has some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Portions, taste, display — perfection."
