Gene A. Pekar, age 81, died Apr. 10, 2025; owner and operator of United Lunch Canteen Truck Services for over 40 years, he was known for his passion for 1932 Fords, Meyers "Towd" dune buggies, Triumph motorcycles, and a lifelong friendship filled with adventures.

Alexandrina Ferreira Da Silva Rodrigues, age 84, died Apr. 27, 2025; a dedicated homemaker who immigrated to the U.S. in 1978, she enjoyed gardening, cooking traditional Portuguese meals, and relaxing with a glass of red wine while surrounded by family.

Frederick B. Spadaccino Sr., age 81, died Apr. 25, 2025; a licensed funeral director and past president of S. Spadaccino and Sons, he was a member of CFDA, NFDA, and Sons of Italy, and enjoyed attending his grandsons’ sporting events in retirement.
