Seymour's Olives And Oil Pizzeria Survives The Pandemic
The Roosevelt Drive restaurant reportedly, like a lot of eateries, had a tough time during Covid. But it is surviving with a menu and focus.
SEYMOUR, CT — Like a lot of restaurants in Connecticut, the coronavirus pandemic has been tough on business, and Olives and Oil Pizzeria in Seymour is no different.
The Roosevelt Drive restaurant, which opened two months before the pandemic began in 2020, struggled with temporary closures and protocols. But it has come out the other side with a new menu that concentrates on providing delicious casual cuisine, the Connecticut Post reported.
"We opened Seymour right before the beginning of the pandemic and have learned a lot along the way during the last two years as the industry has changed," the owners wrote on Facebook.
