Shelton 2012 Ballot Referendum Questions
Road reconstruction, new fire equipment and a new animal shelter will all be voted on in November.

Voters can respond with either "yes" or "no" to the following questions on election day:
- "Shall the Charter of the City of Shelton be revised in accordance with the report and recommendations of the Charter Revision Commission?"
- “Shall the $5,000,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the reconstruction and resurfacing of roads in the City of Shelton, be approved?”
- ”Shall the $1,000,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the reconstruction of Canal Street in the City of Shelton, be approved?”
- ”Shall the $1,400,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the construction of an animal shelter in the City of Shelton, be approved?”
- ”Shall the $3,500,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the acquisition of fire apparatus for the City of Shelton, be approved?”
