Adis Kacar, 28, of Ruth Street, Bridgeport, is charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
Police said Kacar and another man walked out of Stop & Shop with Red Bull on Aug. 8.
His bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
