Shelton Cops: Man Threw Object at Car

The suspect's mother was charged with lying to police about the incident.

Michael  John Neudeck, 24, of Shelton Avenue, was arrested after allegedly throwing an object at a car while driving.

Neudeck is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree making a false statement, following too close with intent to harass, interfering with an officer, throwing objects at a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Police said after the incident, Jeneene Neudeck, 56, of Shelton Avenue, said her son was not driving the car.

She's charged with second-degree making a false statement and interfering with an officer.

The mother's and son's bonds were set at $500 each for appearances in Derby Superior Court.
