Kevin Ryan, 45, of Montagne Drive, Shelton, is charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.
He was arrested March 22 at 7:37 p.m. on Nells Rock Road. He is scheduled to appear April 5 in Derby Superior Court.
His bond set at $500.

In a separate incident, Jordan Taylor, 26, of Anson Street, Bridgeport, is charged with having a broken headlight and driving with a suspended license.
His bond was set at $500 for an April 5 court appearance.
