A Shelton man is accused of urinating in public in Downtown Shelton.
Craig J. Kramer, 53, of Asbury Ridge Road, is charged with second-degree breach of the peace.
Police said Kramer was arrested March 23 with a hearing date of April 1 in Derby Superior Court.
