Charged with DUI are:  <ul><li>Rui DaSilva, 32, of Third Avenue, West Haven</li><li>David Solomon Montoya, 48, of Tall Trees Drive, Westport</li><li>William Robert Heil, 63, of Buddington Road, Shelton</li></ul>Their bonds were set at $500 each for appearances in Derby Superior Court.
