SHELTON, CT — A Shelton resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket at a local business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Tuesday, the resident purchased a winning "20X Cash 9th Edition" ticket at Shelton Store 128 in Shelton and won $20,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
