Miguel Angel Feliciano, 23, of Myrtle Street, Shelton, is charged with second-degree breach of the peace, second-degree threatening and violation of a protective order.
Felciano was arrested on Coram Ave. He allegedly threatened someone during a domestic incident.
Feliciano's bond was set at at $10,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
