ANSONIA, CT — Three mixed-use properties in Ansonia - located at 21, 25 and 27 Beaver St. - were recently sold for $190,000, according to the company Levey Miller Maretz, which brokered the deal. The properties, which are adjacent to one another, include a retail storefront, a garage and two two-family houses.
