Looking for a fun activity for the kids? Swing by the Simsbury Public Library for Terrific Two's storytime. The library is hosting a special storytime for two year-olds and their parents or caregivers. Read stories, sing songs, play games, and enjoy some music this morning in the Discovery Room at the library. This event is free and you can just drop-in. For more information call 658-7663.
The Patch Back-to-School photo contest is in full swing. Be sure to upload your favorite photos from the present day or even 30 years ago.You can only submit one photo, so make it your favorite! We will accept photo entries from 4 a.m. Aug. 20 through 5 p.m. Sept. 4. Patch editors will then choose the finalist photos.

Mark your calendar- The annual Simsbury Fly-In and Car Show is set for Sept. 23. Visitors will get to see displays of over 600 beautiful airplanes and autos of virtually every vintage and type. Admission is free but parking will cost $8 per car. For more information visit www.simsburyflyin.com.
