Care to help celebrate the holidays this year with some music? Join the Farmington Valley Chorale in preparation for this year's "Christmas Cantata," with performances on Nov. 30 and Dec. 2.  The group is seeking experienced singers in all voice parts to join them in preparing music for choir, brass, and organ. There are no auditions, just show up for weekly rehearsals beginning on Sunday, September 9, 7-9 p.m. at the Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation.

Need a way to beat the heat this morning? Swing by the  library for Terrific Two's storytime. The library is hosting a special storytime for two year-olds and their parents or caregivers. Read stories, sing songs, play games, and enjoy some music this morning in the Discovery Room at the library. This event is free and you can just drop-in. For more information call 658-7663.
