The library is hosting a stress expert and medical doctor Tuesday for a program on the importance of sleep.

SIMSBURY, CT — Who couldn't benefit from a good night's sleep?

The only problem is that, for many, this can prove difficult, but it's something health experts say is vital to a healthy lifestyle.

The Simsbury Public Library next week is hosting Dr. Wendy Hurwitz for "Sleep Tips," a special program on Tuesday, March 11, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Free and open to the public (including other towns), the event will take place at the library, located at 725 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury.

A graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, Hurwitz is a nationally recognized expert on stress.
