Letter to the Editor: Hampton for State Representative

My vote for State Representative is John Hampton

On November 6, Simsbury voters will have the opportunity to elect someone to represent us in the state legislature.

As a mother of three children in Simsbury schools, a disability advocate, homeowner and community member committed to working for the betterment of Simsbury, I believe the person who represents me in Hartford should share my values. I believe that person is John Hampton.

I believe in John’s commitment to preserving educational excellence in Simsbury, and know that he will actively pursue funding sources that will support our students.  I believe in John’s commitment to not cut spending to our most vulnerable populations; seniors and those with disabilities.  I believe in John’s commitment to the responsible development of Simsbury; to the preservation of open space while at the same time supporting the growth of our business community.  I believe in John’s commitment to making Simsbury a sustainable community in which my children will grow and thrive.
