Simsbury Roadway Reopens After Vehicle Slams Pole: SPD: UPDATE

SIMSBURY, CT — A busy state roadway was closed Tuesday morning due to a serious accident on Route 167, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has snow reopened.
The DOT reports the single-vehicle accident was on Route 167 (also known as Bushy Hill Road) between Sydney Way and Overlook Terrace.
The accident was first reported at 3:27 a.m., and the Simsbury Police Department said it had reopened by 1:30 p.m.
