Justin Olsen Cast, 40, of Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension at 10:57 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 18.

Dec. 5

Michael Joseph St. Denis, 41, of Wyngate Road, Simsbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 9:04 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 18.

Dec. 6

Annemarie Jean Tarquini, 40, of Chadwyck Lane, East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper use of a high-beam light at 10:30 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 17.
