Steven Glenn Howes, 47, of Richard Road, Simsbury, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 5:41 p.m. He was to appear in court March 21.

Brent Robert Biederman, 36, of Harvest Lane, West Hartford, was charged with failure to carry an operator's license; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and improper number of headlamps at 1:48 a.m. He will appear in court April 9.
March 24
Adam Douglas Julian, 28, of Wall Street, Coventry, was charged with criminal attempt to murder by arson; illegal manufacture of a bomb; and first-degree arson of an occupied building at 6 a.m. He was to appear in court March 24.

Alyssa Grace Page, 21, of West Mountain Road, West Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and violation of a protective order at 12:44 p.m. She was to appear in court March 26.

Brandon Michael Sullo, 22, of 2nd Street, Hamden, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; third-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 5 p.m. He will appear in court April 17.

Michael Joseph St. Denis, 41, of Wyngate Road, Simsbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell at 5:57 p.m. He will appear in court April 17.
Darrylle Rodriguez, 23, of Clark Street, West Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny at 7:30 p.m. He will appear in court April 17.

Thomas Martin Gex, 35, of Wiggins Farm Drive, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to use a turn signal; and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 1:32 a.m. He will appear in court April 16.
Terrance George Riley, 47, of Prospect Hill Road, Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree reckless endangerment, and threatening at 8:27 p.m. He will appear in court April 17.
Kelli McAllister, 48, of Winthrop Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief at 9 p.m. She will appear in court April 17.
Michael D. Binnall, 42. of Winthrop Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 9 p.m. He will appear in court April 17.
Kaitlynn Julieana Maldonado, 19, of Sandscreen Road, Avon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:21 p.m. She will appear in court April 17.

Haydar Halal Almayahi, 39, of Oak Street, Manchester, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 6:40 p.m. He will appear in court April 16.

Eugene Igor Knelev, 37, of Old Canal Way, Simsbury, was charged with violation of probation at 5:03 p.m. He was to appear in court March 31.
Erica Nicole West, 37, of Plymouth Street, Windsor, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; violating traffic control signals; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 7:25 p.m. She will appear in court April 16.

Brendan J. O'Connor, 44, of Stebbins Brook Lane, was charged with second-degree sexual assault at 5:49 p.m. He was to appear in court April 1.
