Nov. 25

Stephan A. Ramos, 32, of Rose Circle, Middletown, was charged with first-degree attempt to commit larceny by extortion and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image at 4:45 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 13, 2026.

Andres Meletrich, 36, of Maple Street, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 7 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 13, 2026.

Nov. 27

Jeffrey Steven Schlotter, 48, of Dorset Crossing, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:26 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 10.

Nov. 28

Scott P. Emerson, 40, of Riverwalk Drive, Simsbury, was charged with assault of an elderly victim and second-degree breach of peace at 1:45 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 8, 2026.
