Simsbury Public Works Director/Town Engineer Tom Roy was honored last week as one of the Top 10 public works leaders in the country.
"This prestigious award is bestowed annually by the American Public Works Association, recognizing honorees for their professionalism, expertise, and personal dedication to improving the quality of life in their communities through the advancement of public works services and technology," wrote the town in an announcement.
