SIMSBURY, CT — The Town of Simsbury, Tuesday, Oct. 14, is hosting a special forum on the future of the historic Tariffville Village.

The event will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Tariffville Elementary School, 42 Winthrop St., Tariffville (Simsbury).

Located in the northeast corner of Simsbury, the village has about 1,324 residents living there.

Earlier this year, the town approved the Village of Tariffville Neighborhood Plan regarding future development in that part of town.

The plan includes multiple ideas on myriad topics, with the town seeking feedback from residents regarding what to do next.

Tuesday's forum is a step in that direction, with a presentation on the plan slated at 6:30 p.m. with break-out sessions among attendees following later.
