Simsbury Hearing Monday To Address Tax Credit Program
Simsbury selectmen are expected to decide Monday if donations to some local nonprofits will qualify for town tax breaks.

SIMSBURY, CT — The Simsbury Board of Selectmen will host a public hearing to receive comments on the 2025 Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act (NAA) Tax Credit Program applications.
The hearing will be at the regular selectmen's meeting on June 16 at 6 p.m. in the Simsbury Town Hall Main Meeting Room, 933 Hopmeadow St.

The applications received by the Town, and which will be considered by selectmen, can be viewed by clicking here.
The public may also view the applications in person during regular business hours at the Simsbury Town Manager's Office, located on the main floor of Simsbury Town Hall.

The NAA Tax Credit Program is designed to support municipal and tax-exempt organizations by providing a corporate tax credit for businesses that make cash donations to these entities.
The applicants must be approved by both the municipality in which the programs are conducted and by the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services.
