Simsbury Police Log for July 5 — July 11, 2013

Anthony Wayne Dibella, 67, of 29 Main St., Windsor Locks was charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence on July 11 at 10:05 p.m.  He is due in court on July 24. 

A juvenile was charged with illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of cannibas/controlled substance or possession with intent to sell and sale/ possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. The accused is due in court July 19.
