Special Simsbury Expo To Help Seniors Stay In Their Homes
The Simsbury Aging & Disability Commission is hosting an 'Aging in Place Expo' on Friday, Sept. 12, with seniors and loved ones invited.
SIMSBURY, CT — A special event this Friday promises to offer elderly residents and their loved ones options to choose from as they look to make their lives easier in their homes.
The Simsbury Aging & Disability Commission is hosting an 'Aging in Place Expo' on Friday, Sept. 12, at the Simsbury Public Library, 725 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury.
It will take place from noon to 3:30 p.m., in the Friends of the Library Program Room.

There, guests will be able to meet more than 20 representatives from different local services and agencies.
Those agencies offer "diverse resources that can help you learn how to make the homes we choose to stay in safe and comfortable as we age," wrote the commission.
