Fred Astaire Dance Studios Southbury took center stage, not only celebrating the outstanding accomplishments of its team
The Fred Astaire Dance Studios of the Connecticut Region gathered for their much-anticipated Annual Awards Ceremony & Training for 2024 this past Sunday, January 19, 2025, at The Patterson Club in Fairfield, CT. The event was a vibrant celebration of the incredible achievements by studios and instructors across the region, and the Fred Astaire Dance Studios Southbury location shined brightly with multiple prestigious awards.
Fred Astaire Dance Studios Southbury took center stage, not only celebrating the outstanding accomplishments of its team but also earning top honors in several categories. Among the most exciting awards:
- Vladimir Serbulenco won 1st Place Advanced Teaching Male Specialist, recognizing his exceptional skill and dedication to teaching advanced-level students.
- Ivana Strancaric claimed 1st Place Advanced Teaching Female Specialist, an achievement that highlights her excellence in working with top-tier students.
- Vladimir Serbulenco also earned 2nd Place for Top Competition Entries and 3rd Place for Top Lessons Taught, marking a truly remarkable year of achievements in multiple areas.
In another standout accomplishment, Zlata Dzhaman was awarded 2nd Place for Top New Student Development Department Specialist, showcasing her talent and commitment to helping new students grow in their dance journeys.
However, the most thrilling announcement of the night was that Fred Astaire Dance Studios Southbury was awarded First Place Top Studio of 2024! This major achievement was complemented by the special “Million Miler Award”, a recognition of the studio’s extraordinary growth and success in reaching a significant milestone. The studio was also honored with 2nd Place for Top Studio in Competition Entries, further cementing its place as one of the region’s leading dance studios.
