SOUTHBURY, CT — The enormous business campus IBM once filled in Southbury is officially on the market.

A commercial real estate listing website shows the property on 220 acres of land at 150 Kettletown Road up for grabs, but does not offer a sale price.

The 230-acre campus had once been home to nearly 2,500 workers, although that number had dwindled closer to 1,100 by the time of its shuttering in January 2024.

According to the listing on LoopNet, the 4-story, 865,000 square foot complex was built in 1988, and boasts just under 400 parking spaces.
