Incoming Kindergarten Registration Begins For Region 15 Schools

SOUTHBURY, CT - Parents/Guardians of children in Regional School District 15 who will begin Kindergarten in the 2023-24 school year can start the registration process now. In Connecticut, a child who is 5-years old by January 1, 2024 can register for Kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year. Regional School District 15 serves students in Middlebury and Southbury, CT.

Information about the registration process can be found on the Region 15 website at https://www.region15.org/register/kindergarten. Parents/Guardians are required to complete an online form called the Kindergarten Initial Student Registration Form to begin the registration process. The Kindergarten Initial Student Registration Form can be accessed on our website.

Parents/Guardians are invited to learn about Region 15’s Kindergarten program on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. which will take place at each elementary school (Snowdate Thursday, March 9, 2023).

To complete the Kindergarten Registration process, each student will participate in an individual appointment. Elementary schools will contact families directly for appointments scheduled during the week of Tuesday, May 30th to Friday, June 2nd, 2023.
