Motorcyclist Traveling 'Unreasonably Fast' In Crash: Report

A 20-year-old Southbury man was injured in the wreck.

SOUTHBURY, CT — A motorcycle crash earlier this month on Route 67 in Roxbury that sent a 20-year-old Southbury man to the hospital is under investigation, according to The Danbury News-Times. The motorcyclist was traveling on Southbury Road around 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 10 when he lost control and failed to negotiate a curve near the intersection with Squire Road.

Police said the motorcyclist was "traveling unreasonably fast" and was found at fault in the wreck, according to The Danbury News-Times. The motorcyclist was hospitalized for treatment of injuries.
