Nominated for the Top Student Female Award is our Southbury student Eileen Kravitz, nominated for the Top Instructor Newcomer Male Award is Southbury dance instructor Ihor Chibishev, nominated for the Top Instructor Advanced Female Award is Southbury dance instructor Ivana Strancaric, nominated for the Top Instructor Advanced Male Award is Southbury dance instructor Vladimir Serbulenco and nominated for the Top Executives Award are the Southbury dance studio owners and directors Christian Lange & Paulo Jorge and nominated for the New England Top Studio Award is our Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Southbury.
The Freddy Ball Awards is known as our “Oscar and Academy Awards of the American Ballroom Dancing” as our top students, top teachers and top executives – the best of the best – will be awarded a “Freddy Award” for their outstanding performances of the previous year. Watch your fellow students compete, cheer as your instructors dance in the pro divisions, and take pride as the Freddy Awards are handed out for the top categories of 2022.
