Region 15 Schools Announce Modified Heat Index Dismissal Schedule

Due to the continued heat and humidity facing the state Region 15 Schools will follow the Modified Heat Index Dismissal Schedule for Wednesday 9/6/23 and Thursday 9/7/23

After-school activities may run on a modified schedule based on the school and the individual activity. Schedule adjustments will be communicated to the individual participant separately.

School Dismissal Times are as follows:

Pomperaug High School follows a regular schedule, 7:20am - 2:05pm, Lunch is served

Middle Schools: 8:05am - 12:15pm, Lunch is served

Elementary Schools: 9:00am - 1:00pm, Lunch is Served

Preschool / Friends Together Program: AM Session 9:00am - 10:40am; PM Session 10:45am - 1:00pm

BAS is open.
