Senor Panchos to Remain at Current Location in Southbury

Senor Panchos in Southbury will stick to its current location for another 15 years, the Republican-American reports.

Owner Andy Adames told the paper he was able to work out the details with the building’s new landlord who gave him a reasonable lease and promised to improve the property.

According to the paper, improvements will be coming to the current building at Main Street South and Peter Road including a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, landscapes and improvements to the lighting and parking. A new menu serving lighter fare will be introduced Jan. 1.

There are Senor Panchos located in Prospect and Thomaston.
