“Her leadership at Derynoski has already impacted countless students and families, and we are excited to see her influence expand across both Derynoski and Hatton. Her unique combination of instructional expertise, school operations management, and community leadership makes her an ideal fit for this important role.”

A graduate of Central Connecticut State University's Sixth-Year program in educational leadership, Pajor has spearheaded several building-level initiatives, including a new dismissal system, the redesign of a schoolwide behavior framework, and the coordination of monthly student celebrations and family engagement events.

She has also served on numerous districtwide committees focused on curriculum, parent engagement, and emotional intelligence.

Outside of education, Pajor has also served her community as a longtime member of the Kensington
Volunteer Fire Department in Berlin, where she currently sits on the board of directors and organizes one of the area’s most successful community fundraisers.

"With a proven ability to lead with empathy, organize with precision, and build strong relationships with students, staff, and families, Amy is poised to make a lasting impact in her new role," wrote Southington Public Schools.
