Busy Southington Roadway To Be Closed For Four Days: Police
The road will be closed for much of the daytime hours Friday, Jan. 17, through Monday, Jan. 20.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — A busy stretch of local roadway will be closed for road work starting Friday and lasting through Monday, Southington police said.
The Southington Police Department said the closure would be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Friday, Jan. 17, to Monday, Jan. 20.
Impacted will be Marion Avenue, which will have a detour in place in between Diana Road and Pine Street.

Police said those detours will be in place from both directions.
"The roadway will be impassable for emergency vehicles as well as school buses for the hours listed above," police wrote Thursday.
