SOUTHINGTON, CT — Tickets have just gone on sale for the Southington Community YMCA's biggest fundraiser of the year, the annual "Forever in Blue Jeans: Dancing Through The Decades" party.

The massive event is slated for Friday, Nov. 14, at 6 p.m. at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville. The celebration promises a fun night of dinner, an open bar, music, dancing, live and silent auctions, and more.

In-person tickets are $85 per person to go, while virtual tickets to support the event $40 per person and include participation in the silent auction.

"We are excited to once again offer a night that celebrates our community and helps to raise needed funds to support our memberships, childcare, and programs," wrote the Southington Community YMCA.

While the goal is to raise money for the cause, the end result promises a night of nostalgic fun.

"Get ready to rock your best look from your favorite era – whether it's the flapper fringe of the 20s, the disco glam of the 70s, or the electric neon of the 80s," wrote the YMCA.

"It's going to be a night packed with groovy music, good friends, and tons of fun, all for a great cause. We're talking classic hits from every decade, plus some surprises."
