Crash Cleared On I-84 In Southington: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Traffic was backed up on Interstate 84 in Southington on Wednesday afternoon following a vehicle crash, according to the state Department of Transportation, but that accident has since been cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 West between exits 31 and 30, resulting in the closure of the left and center lanes.

The accident was first reported at 3:10 p.m., and it is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
