Crash Cleared On I-84 In Southington: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A crash on Interstate 84 in Southington caused some traffic problems for motorists Thursday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 West between exits 33 and 32, resulting in the right shoulder being closed after, initially, a lane was closed.

It was first reported at 2:53 p.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
