Donate Blood, Get A Beach Towel At Southington Blood Drive

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The American Red Cross is looking to provide hope this spring by offering up a token of summer at a blood drive early next week.

The Red Cross is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, May 23, at the First Congregational Church of Southington, 37 Main St., Southington, in the church hall.

Sponsored by the Friendship Lodge No. 33, this blood drive aspires to "give hope this spring," according to an event flyer.

As a result, all donors will receive a "Memorial Day exclusive" Red Cross beach towel if they show up.
